Terms of Service

Effective June 17, 2026.

These Terms govern your use of helpformen.com, brotherhood.helpformen.com, and all related membership, coaching, meetings, events, and content (the “Services”), operated by REB Enterprises, LLC (“Help For Men,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them you confirm you are 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract.

2. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly through our contact form if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Membership & billing

We offer monthly, 12-payment, and lifetime membership options. Monthly plans bill automatically each period, and 12-payment plans bill on their schedule, until cancelled or completed. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on file for the applicable fees and taxes. If a payment fails we may retry and may suspend access until it clears. We may change prices on a going-forward basis with notice; changes won't affect the term you've already paid for.

4. Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us; cancelling stops future billing. Purchases are otherwise non-refundable except where the law gives you a non-waivable right. Full refund eligibility for all plans, coaching, events, and gifts is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Coaching, programs & credits

Coaching sessions, programs, and credits are subject to availability and to the scheduling and expiration rules shown when you buy them and in the Refund Policy. You agree to attend or reschedule sessions in line with each coach's stated policy.

6. Events & BROFEST

In-person and virtual events, including BROFEST, may have their own registration terms, deposits, and refund windows stated on the event's page. Those event-specific terms apply in addition to these Terms.

7. Partner program

If you join our partner program, you earn the commission shown in your Partner Center on qualifying membership payments made by members you referred through your link. Commissions are paid once a month by PayPal to the payout email you keep in your Partner Center. The minimum payout is $50: a balance under $50 at the end of a month carries over and is paid in the first month it reaches $50. We may withhold or reverse a commission on a refunded, disputed, or fraudulent payment, or on a self-referral, and we may change the commission rate or end the program on notice.

8. Community & acceptable use

Membership includes access to community spaces (private Facebook group, Discord, live meetings). Members use their real names per the community rules, keep what's shared in the community confidential, and treat others with respect. You agree not to harass, threaten, spam, solicit, or post unlawful content, and not to share, resell, or distribute member content or recordings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, without refund.

9. Intellectual property

All content we provide — books, audio, video, courses, and written materials — is owned by us or our licensors and is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use as a member. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from it. If you post content in the community, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it for operating the Services.

10. No professional advice

The Services, including coaching and community discussion, are for education and personal growth. They are not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal or financial advice, and do not create a professional-client relationship. We make no guarantee of any particular result. If you are in crisis or need professional care, seek a licensed professional or emergency services.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REB Enterprises, LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REB Enterprises, LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing, you agree to first contact us through our contact form so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Nothing here affects non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or state.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
