Privacy Policy
Effective June 17, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It covers our websites helpformen.com and brotherhood.helpformen.com and all related services — membership, coaching, live meetings, events, and digital content (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
The Services are owned and operated by REB Enterprises, LLC (“Help For Men,” “HFM,” “we,” “us”). We are the controller of your personal data.

2. Information we collect automatically
When you visit the Services, we automatically record technical and usage data, including:
- IP address, browser type, and device information;
- pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, and how long you stayed where measurable;
- forms you start, abandon, submit, or get an error on; searches you run;
- login attempts, password-reset requests, and account changes;
- date and time of activity, and the website or source that referred you.
We keep a detailed record of meaningful actions taken on the Services so we can operate, secure, debug, and improve them.
3. Information you provide
When you create an account, buy a plan, book coaching, or interact with us, we may collect: first and last name; email; phone number; mailing address; billing details; profile display name and photo; Discord username; survey and assessment responses (such as the REBUILD Score and HFM Score); coaching session notes and feedback; and the content of messages you send us. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash (bcrypt) — we cannot read or recover it.
4. Information from third parties
We receive data about you from the providers that help us run the Services — for example a Stripe customer and subscription ID from our payment processor, and tags, custom fields, and email-engagement events from our CRM (Ontraport). We store a mirrored copy of your contact record so pages load quickly without calling those systems on every request.
5. How we use your data
- Process payments and manage your membership, credits, and purchases;
- provide membership content, coaching, live meetings, and events;
- send transactional messages (receipts, reminders, account and billing notices);
- send marketing such as newsletters and offers, where permitted — you can opt out anytime;
- run surveys and assessments you choose to take;
- enable community features such as the members map and Discord access;
- secure the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug problems;
- understand usage so we can improve the Services; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
6. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you buy); legitimate interests (to secure, analyze, and improve the Services, and for non-intrusive marketing to existing customers); consent (for optional marketing and any non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time); and legal obligation (tax, accounting, and compliance).
7. Where your data is stored
Your data is hosted on secure servers in the United States (SiteGround) and within our CRM (Ontraport). If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.
8. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers needed to run the Services, each limited to what their function requires and bound by their own terms:
- SiteGround — website and database hosting;
- Stripe — payment processing (card details go directly to Stripe; we never store card numbers);
- Ontraport — CRM, email delivery, and membership records;
- Zoom — video coaching and live meetings;
- Discord — community chat;
- Vimeo — video hosting, where used.
We use Meta (Facebook) and Google services for sign-in conveniences, social presence, and first-party measurement only. We do not run cross-web advertising pixels, and we do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
9. Cookies & tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences, and first-party analytics to understand and improve the Services. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the Services may stop working. Where applicable, we honor recognized browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
10. Data retention
We keep personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. High-volume activity logs (such as page views) are kept for about 90 days; important records (payments, cancellations, account changes) are kept longer for accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. Card numbers are never stored by us (Stripe holds them). When you ask us to delete your account, we remove or anonymize your data except where we must retain it by law.
11. Your rights
Subject to your location and applicable law, you may request to: access the data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; receive a copy in a portable format; object to or restrict certain processing; and opt out of marketing. To exercise any right, send us a request through our contact form. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law allows. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
12. EEA & UK residents (GDPR)
You have the rights listed above and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
13. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Submit requests through our contact form.
14. Texas residents (TDPSA)
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act you may confirm whether we process your data, access and correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, use our contact form; if we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our decision.
15. Children
The Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and will delete it promptly if we learn we have.
16. Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and reputable hosting to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
17. Third-party links
The Services may link to outside websites we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own — review their policies before sharing information.
18. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and for significant changes we may notify you by email. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
