Refund Policy

We want the Brotherhood to be the easiest "yes" you'll find, and you can cancel monthly billing anytime. Here's how billing and refunds work across what we offer. In short, purchases are non-refundable except where the law gives you a non-waivable right (see Your statutory rights below).

Monthly membership

Cancel anytime. When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again. The current month is not prorated or refunded.

Annual & 12-payment memberships

Annual and 12-payment memberships are non-refundable. Payments already made are not refunded or prorated, and starting a 12-payment plan commits you to its full schedule once the first payment is made.

Lifetime membership

Lifetime memberships are non-refundable. Once your purchase is complete, the payment is final.

Coaching credits

Coaching credits are non-refundable once issued. Unused credits remain on your account per the terms in effect when you bought them.

Coaching programs

Coaching programs are non-refundable, including before and after a program begins.

BROFEST & events

Event deposits are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable to another attendee. Where a refund window is offered for a specific event, it will be stated on that event's registration page.

Gifts & the Community Pool

Gift purchases follow the same rules as the item gifted. Community Pool donations are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable once completed.

How to cancel or request a refund

Cancel anytime from your account settings, or send us a message through our contact form. We aim to respond within two business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or state (for example, statutory cooling-off rights in the EU/UK). Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
