BROFEST 2027 · The Annual Gathering

April 15–18, 2027 · Old Mill Village, SC

Four days. One property. The brotherhood, face to face.

BROFEST 2027 takes over Old Mill Village — a private 67-acre estate outside Greenville, South Carolina — from Thursday, April 15 to Sunday, April 18. Days spent doing things together, not sitting in rows. Then the fire pit, the pond, and the conversations that run late.

Why BROFEST

Some things need to happen in person.

The forums and the live calls do real work. But a screen can’t replicate sitting across from a brother who’s walked the road you’re on — the look that says he’s been exactly where you are, and he got through it.

BROFEST is the brotherhood off the screen and face to face. It’s our annual flagship, and 2027 is built around doing things together as a group. You get to know a brother properly when you’re doing something alongside him — that’s the whole idea this year.

You don’t have to know a soul. Brothers have been showing up alone since Nashville and leaving with friendships that outlast just about everything else in their lives.

Highlights from past BROFESTs.

What you get

Together all day. Round the fire at night. Home with a plan.

The people who show up

Ralph and the HFM coaches are there for the whole weekend. Beyond that it’s brothers — no outside speakers this year, no stage, nobody flown in to talk at you. Past BROFESTs have brought brothers in from across the United States and Canada, and from as far as Europe and Australia.

Doing, not sitting

No workshops this year. The days are group activities you take part in together, on a property with the space for it. What that turns into is being planned now, and everyone registered gets the details as soon as they’re set.

Brotherhood, face to face

Brothers from across the country, in the same place for four days. The handshake, the bunk next to yours, the 1 a.m. conversation by the fire — that’s where the real connections get made.

Relaxed and casual

Things to do together during the day, and the rest of the estate when they’re done — the pond, the sauna, the fire pit, the porch. The whole property is ours, and nobody is watching the clock.

Leave with a plan and a phone full of numbers

Every brother goes home with real strategies and real people to call when it gets hard again. That’s the point of the whole thing.

One roof, all weekend

For the first time, everybody stays on the property. No hotel shuttles, no splitting up at 10 p.m. The conversation that starts at dinner keeps going at the fire.

Where we’re going

Old Mill Village. A 67-acre estate, reserved for the brotherhood.

Twenty-five minutes from Greenville and Spartanburg, half an hour from GSP airport, and for four days the whole property is ours. No hotel lobby. No conference center. Nobody else on the grounds.

67 private acres Stream-fed pond with a sand beach Freedom Hall: the big indoor space for when we all gather Lodging across the main lodge, the cabins and the barn Cedar sauna and cold plunge Indoor pool Fire pit, creeks and forest trails 30 minutes from GSP airport

ThursdayApril 15Arrival

FridayApril 16Day one

The first full day of group activities across the property. The evening together — the pond, the fire, the porch.

SaturdayApril 17Day two

The second day together, time with Ralph and the coaches, and the night everybody talks about afterward.

SundayApril 18Send-off

Breakfast, goodbyes, and the drive home with a plan and a phone full of numbers.

We’re still building out the activities. The full agenda goes to registered brothers as soon as it’s set.

A different city every year. 2027 is the first time we take the whole property.

Common questions

Before you register.

Do I have to be a member of the brotherhood?

No. BROFEST is open to members and to brothers who haven’t joined yet. You’ll create an HFM account at checkout so your ticket is on your record. Plenty of brothers come as guests and join afterward — not because anyone pitches them, but because of what the weekend does.

Where do I sleep?

On the property. Old Mill Village sleeps 80-plus across the main lodge, the creekside cabins and the barn — bunk-style in places, which is part of the point. Lodging details and room assignments go out to registered members before the event.

How do I get there?

Fly into Greenville–Spartanburg International (GSP), about 30 minutes away, then drive or share a ride with a brother landing around the same time. Driving: Campobello sits between Greenville and Spartanburg, SC — about an hour and a half from Charlotte and three hours from Atlanta. Parking on the property is free.

What does the schedule look like?

Thursday is arrival and dinner. Friday and Saturday are the full days, and this year they’re built around group activities we do together. The evenings are ours on the property. Sunday is breakfast and the drive home. We’re still finalising the activities — registered brothers get the agenda first.

How does the payment plan work?

Ten monthly payments of $125 ($1,250 total). The first one is taken today and holds your seat. The rest run monthly on the same card and stop automatically after the tenth. You can update your card from your account page at any time.

What if something comes up and I can’t make it?

Cancel more than 30 days before the event and we refund 50% of the ticket ($500). No refunds within 30 days of the event. On the payment plan, a refund only applies once your payments have passed the $500 mark. Make sure the dates work with your schedule and your budget before you register.

I’m on the wait list. Where’s my $100?

It’s still yours. Log in with the email you used for the wait list and the $100 comes off automatically at checkout. If you don’t see it before you pay, tell us and we’ll sort it out first.

What should I bring?

Casual clothes, something warm for the evenings (April nights in the Upstate get cool), a swimsuit if the pool and the cold plunge are calling, and a notebook. The pre-event email has the full list.
